Gretchen Timmons, LPTA
Undergraduate: Frostburg State University B.S. Health and Physical Education
Graduate: University of South Carolina, M.A.T. Teaching
Tidewater Community College, A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant

Gretchen Timmons completed her undergraduate degree at Frostburg State University, followed by her Masters’s degree at the University of South Carolina. After graduating, she began teaching, was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and owned/operated her boot camp business. After attending the Tidewater Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program, she transitioned into physical therapy, initially working in skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation hospitals.

In pelvic floor physical therapy, Gretchen Timmons enjoys helping patients understand their bodies, restore function and improve their quality of life.

She lives in Norfolk with her husband and two children and enjoys playing beach volleyball, reading, and walking her dogs.
