Ingrid graduated as a Registered Nurse from Riverside School of Professional Nursing in 1994. Her early years of nursing were spent in emergency trauma rooms in Louisville, Colorado and the Hampton Roads peninsula area. Her continued hunger for education and love for the art of nursing resulted in her completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University, Virginia in 2009. As nurse practitioners developed into the mid-level care provider and a critical component of our modern health care system, Ingrid knew she was ready to take her career to the next level. She earned her post-master Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Maryville University, Saint Louis MO. Ingrid arrives with over two decades of nursing experience both in hospital and office settings serving in multiple capacities as staff, supervisory and management positions.
Ingrid is a Family Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing with the collaborative support from the Virginia Board of Medicine and board-certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). In her spare time Ingrid is a lecturer in her parish, a quilter, a loving wife and a dedicated mother.
