Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Site Manager at our new Lynnhaven office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the daily operations for the assigned office and provide problem solving expertise
  • Observe the physical environment of the assigned office and make certain that all areas are neat, clean, and organized
  • Ensure practice policies and procedures are followed by staff to ensure patient safety and satisfaction, practice efficiency, patient privacy, and professional care
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates, news, and information to team members in a timely and effective manner
  • Approve staff overtime, vacation days, and sick time. Keep accurate employee files of requests and approvals
  • Interview, hire, evaluate, orient, and train all assigned employees

We are looking for a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team, responsible for carrying out various clinical tasks as delegated by a physician. The ideal candidate should be a professional with relevant experience in the medical field, ensuring the efficient and effective support of healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that exam rooms are prepared, cleaned, and stocked in anticipation of patients and between patient visits, as needed. Prepare patient charts as necessary for appointments
  • Prepare patients for in-office procedures and assist providers during examinations, treatments, and tests. Additionally, perform required procedures such as phlebotomy, bladder scans, catheter changes, etc.

Job Overview

We are seeking an APP to provide hospital-based support at our south Hampton Roads hospitals. Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients, seeing inpatient/emergency room consults, and performing procedures such as cystoscopy for difficult catheter placement, hematuria irrigation, priapism management and more. This is a daytime only position. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a high degree of general medical and urological knowledge and exercise independent judgment as appropriate
  • Assess the patient’s medical condition by completion of a urological examination
  • Document appropriately and communicate with the appropriate physician in a timely manner as required, including, but not limited to: evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, treatment notes, and other reports as requested 
  • Order and evaluate laboratory, radiological and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications and devices based on the patient’s medical condition
  • Develop and perform treatment plans in accordance with established protocols
